Strange things are happening in Hills Village... It's mid-October and the night of the Howly-Weiner is fast approaching. But preparations for Junior's first time trick-or-treating are disturbed by rumours of a mystery mutt terrorising the town. A spine-jangling howling has been heard in the middle of the night, favourite sticks have been chewed, tennis balls have been stolen, trash bags have been shredded and all the best pee-spots have been re-scented.
When Junior becomes the latest victim of the dastardly dog there's only one thing for it. He decides to turn super-sleuth and sets out to discover the identity of the creepy culprit...
