Author description

Juliet Harbutt is the world's most respected cheese expert, what she doesn't know about cheese isn't worth knowing. Born in New Zealand, she founded the Jeroboams Wine & Cheese Shop in London in 1984. Juliet has written other titles including The World Encyclopedia of Cheese and Cheese.
